Hampton and Richmond Borough v Hungerford Town
Where: Beveree Stadium, TW12 2BX
When: 1st February 2020
K.O 3PM
After two wins on the bounce Hungerford have got some confidence back and looking up. The desire and work rate showed against Chelmsford was excellent and more of the same will be needed on Saturday. Hampton are also on the up and looking to gate-crash the play-offs. Last season this ended in a 3-0 Hungerford victory but this game looks to be a much closer affair.
Form guide- Hampton lost their last game in midweek, 2-1 to Slough after beating St Albans by the same score line last Saturday. Hungerford have won their last two games. On Tuesday they progressed to the Berks and Bucks quarter finals beating Bracknell Town 2-1. Last Saturday they won 1-0 against Chelmsford for their first win in eight league games.
Team news - The hosts have no new injury concerns and likely to operate with the same squad that faced Slough. For the visitors, Marcus Johnson-Schuster and Jose Maturino Da Silva are the only confirmed absentees.
Star man - Ex Crusader and now Hampton striker Danilo Orsi-Dadomo has eight league goals this season including one in the reverse fixture. Against Chelmsford, every Crusader fought for the win but George Smith stood out in midfield. Smith seemed to be everywhere and started many attacks by winning the midfield battle.
Head to head - Earlier in the season, Hampton won 2-0 at Bulpit Lane. Last season the Crusaders won both matches 2-0 at home and 3-0 at the Beveree.
