A comfortable win at Concord has given Hungerford a vital three points and a confidence boost heading into this crunch clash. Now outside the relegation zone a push up the table could be on the horizon. Starting on Saturday they could leapfrog Hampton, who sit just two points ahead. Hampton have a competitive squad and will certainly be no pushover.
Form guide- Hampton have won their last two league games. Goals in the last 15 minutes gave them three points against Welling and Tonbridge. In between they were knocked out the FA cup at Oxford City. Hungerford claimed a crucial three points at Concord last weekend reacting positively from back to back defeats against Dorking and Welling.
Team news- Striker Bobby Mills has been recalled by Bromley so wont be available for the visitors however they've signed Woking midfielder Jack Skinner on loan for a month. Louis Stead has also left the club to join Beaconsfield. The hosts will once again be without Louis McGrory and Mike Jones. Cameron McGilp is in line to make his home debut after joining on loan from Swindon Town last week.
Star man- Danilo Orsi-Dadomo makes his return to Bulpit Lane on Saturday after a successful spell with Hungerford last season. His goals helped fight off relegation and so far he's doing the same for Hampton. Up against Danilo will be home centre back Taofiq Olomowewe. His presence and leadership were a key factor in the Crusaders win at Concord last time out.
Head to head- Last season Hungerford completed a first double over Hampton. A 2-0 home victory before a comprehensive 3-0 away success. In 2017/18 Hampton won 3-1 at home before a battling 2-2 away. In 2016/17 the Beavers completed a league double with a 2-0 home win and a 3-1 away victory.
