Paul Strudley, has been instrumental in the Crusaders multiple clean sheets over the last few years and is still very much on top of his game. A short term decision has been agreed between the club and player to maximise the opportunity of keeping both of our sensational goalkeepers 100% match fit. George Legg is currently caressing the No 1 shirt for the Crusaders but it is essential that every position in the team is competitively fought for.

The goalkeepers position is more precarious than most as a defender or striker can often be replaced by a midfield player but goalkeeping is a specialist art. As such, it is essential that the crusaders have 2 goalkeepers on the books, ready for action at anytime.

Paul is a contract player at Hungerford Town Football Club and very much apart of the clubs future and Bobby Wilkinson's squad of players.
